She gained her license (PSY33710) after completing training with The Guidance Center and UCSB's Counseling and Psychological Services. Jessica Zacarias received her clinical training at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. She utilizes an attachment and systemic lens and tailors her therapeutic approach based on clients needs and personal strengths. Jessica supports individuals that struggle with a range of anxiety related disorders, panic attacks, phobias, OCD and trauma. She also works with issues of self esteem, relationship difficulties, and grief.

Dr. Beiley received his Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology in 1981 and was licensed in California in 1983. He was then the consulting Psychologist for the Adolescent Residential Treatment Program for Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo County Mental Health Services for 5 years. He was also the consulting Psychologist for the Family Service Agency of Santa Barbara for 15 years. In 1990, Dr. Beiley established and co-directed the Anxiety and Panic Disorders Clinic of Santa Barbara.
Since that time, Dr. Beiley has specialized in the evaluation and cognitive-behavioral treatment of children, adolescents and adults with: panic disorder and agoraphobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety disorder, selective mutism, generalized anxiety disorder, health anxiety, behavioral sleep disorders, specific fears and phobias, trichotillomania, skin picking disorder, and body dysmorphic disorder.
